On March 4th, 2023, Cyndi Desormeaux, PA-C passed away unexpectedly. Cyndi was a cherished provider who dedicated 20 years of her life to the patients and families of The Children’s Health Place. She will be greatly missed but her legacy will remain within the hearts of everyone she touched.

Cyndi was an established Physician Assistant with over 16 years in Pediatrics. Cyndi’s comforting demeanor and vast knowledge of pediatric care have created a following. Her mantra was to listen first and then determine the best course of action. Like all providers at The Children’s Health Place, Cyndi practices a family-centered approach to care.

Cyndi, originally from Indiana, began her education at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. Shortly after, Cyndi and family moved to Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Biological Sciences. After graduation from CSU, Cyndi pursued a degree as a Physician Assistant at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine. It was then, Cyndi joined The Children’s Health Place. Cyndi has evolved into an excellent mid-level provider with a large following of patients and families. Cyndi had taken on a larger role as The Quality Improvement Officer.

Cyndi lived in Greeley, Colorado, and was a huge Denver Broncos fan and had an enormous collection of orange and blue scarves, readily available for football season. Cyndi loved the outdoors, swimming, walking her dog, and enjoyed time with her family. Cyndi has three adult children and grandchildren.
